Environmental policy

Environmental protection is one of the most important priorities in activities of PJSC "Tyazhpromarmatura". The company performs activities in this direction in accordance with the following principles:

• provision of quality products meeting the strictest requirements of Russian and foreign standards for eco-friendly operating the pipelines;
• decreasing the volumes of production waste collected;
• prevention of production dirt getting to environment, introducing the new high-tech developments in field of environmental protection;
• careful attitude to natural resources.

Activities of the main customers of PJSC "Tyazhpromarmatura" products - pipeline companies - are intended not only to expand the geography of transporting systems, but also to provide economically the effective and eco-friendly supplies of hydrocarbons. This issue is impossible to be resolved without modern and reliable equipment. Stop pipeline valves as the key elements for transporting systems shall assure an immediate localization of eventual accidents or emergency situations. Therefore the company PJSC "Tyazhpromarmatura" brings the quality and reliability of products in focus.

The engineering solutions developed and used in the company allow to increase significantly the reliability and ecological safety of facilities. The products of PJSC "Tyazhpromarmatura" are designed for service life up to 30 years with resource at least 4000 cycles. This allows to replace stop pipeline valves in longer intervals and therefore to reduce the impact on ecological safety of facilities. The structures of ball valve bodies for main transport of oil and gas are fitted out with minimal quantity of mechanical and welding connections, which increases the reliability thereof and prevents emissions of hydrocarbons to the environment.
The modern sealing materials used in valves allow to reduce the emissions of working medium to the environment from the pipeline systems.
Installation of quick acting homing devices on produced stop pipeline valves allows to localize all eventual accidents and emergency situations.

API 6D, ISO 9001:2000 and longer practice of successful operating in various regions of Russia and abroad.

PJSC "Tyazhpromarmatura" implements the wide complex of activities of nature protection to reduce significantly anthropogenic impact on environment, as well as to provide for good ecology of areas around Aleksin District. Environmental protection department performs regular quality monitoring of waste water and air and systematic control to meet the requirements of nature protection and sanitary legislation of the Russian Federation.
