Aleksin Plant of Heavy Industrial Valves - PJSC "Tyazhpromarmatura" is the largest enterprise in Russia specializing in manufacturing of stop pipeline valves for gas, oil, chemical, energy and other industries.

It was founded in 1728љand has been manufacturing pipeline valve since 1938.

Production of full range of ball valves, wedge and slide gate valves was developed in the plant. "Tyazhpromarmatura" constantly extends its product mix.

In addition to serial production the plant develops product innovations, pipeline valves, meeting all modern requirements for quality, safety, ecological compatibility and special technical requirements of major customers.

Production of unique slide gate valves for oil-trunk pipelines DN1200 mm PN 15.0 MPa with seismic resistance up to 10 points on MSK-64 scale is developed.

A range of check valves DN up to 1000 mm for oil is being designed.

As a member of Federal goal-oriented program "Development of nuclear energy-power complex of Russia for 2007-2010 and for perspective up to 2015" PJSC "Tyazhpromarmatura" started to develop serial production of special pipeline valves for Nuclear Power Stations.

The development and application of new types of pipeline valves are carried out by the Department of Special Engineering Developments. The department is equipped with state-of-the-art software tools for designing on basis of innovative system Solid Edge by company Siemens PLM Software, which makes it possible to improve the quality of engineering solutions and to reduce time for designing.

Experimental production of PJSC "Tyazhpromarmatura" ensures efficient and qualitative mastering of new products.

The plant has its own foundry and blanking fabrications fitted out with modern and highly-productive equipment.

Owing to high quality of manufactured products and progressive engineering solutions the pant has been stably keeping market leading position among other pipeline valves' suppliers for many years.

Products of PJSC "Tyazhpromarmatura" are in steady demand in Russia and abroad. Quality of Aleksin valves is proved by its portion on the major sites of Russia and CIS.

The plant supplies the valves to the major facilities of Fuel-and-Power Sector including gas pipelines "Yamal-Europe", "Russia-Turkey" ("Blue Stream"), "North Stream", oil-pipelines "BPS", "ESPO" and others.

The enterprise was granted a status of pipeline valve supplier for "Sakhalin-1" and "Sakhalin-2" projects.
